Mysteries of Old

The Great Seal was designed by Charles Thomson, a man so widely respected for his integrity that people would say, “Here comes the truth” whenever he appeared. This same idea of truth is echoed in Isaiah 43:

“Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled: who among them can declare this, and show us former things? Let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be justified: or let them hear, and say, ‘It is truth.’”

The 1QM War Scroll describes a conflict to be fought according to “the mysteries of old.” Many scholars dismiss the likelihood of such an event ever taking place. However, this skepticism often stems from a lack of understanding of those mysteries.

These hidden patterns and meanings are embedded across multiple traditions and texts—including the Great Seal, the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Bible, and writings from Masonic and Zoharic literature.

This work seeks to explore, connect, and illuminate those mysteries.
